1:31 pm. At the library again.

Tony introduced me to another lovely Christian Kane song. It made me sad as I listened to it and the relevance seeped into my rice-paper skin.

‘Thinking of You”

Christian Kane

Well I know they say all goods things
Must come to some kinda of ending
We were so damn good, I guess we never stood a chance
Gonna find what you’ve been missin’
When that highways tried a listenin’
You’ll see I’m not that easy to forget
When a new moon shines through your window
Or you hear a sad song on the radio
Then you don’t know why you but just start to cry
Or you’re driving round on a sunny day
And outta nowhere comes the pouring rain
Then a memory hits you right out of the blue
That’s just me
Thinking of you
I’m not gonna try to stop you
Don’t mean that I don’t want too
If I know you, you’ve already made up your mind
To go on and go with your rebelieving
But a million miles between us
But you still feel me like I’m right there at your side
When a new moon shines through your window
Or you hear a sad song on the radio
Then you don’t know why but you just start to cry
Or you’re driving round on a sunny day
And outta nowhere comes the pouring rain
Then a memory hits you right out of the blue
That’s just me
Thinking of you
And I’m thinkin’ about the road you’re on
I’m thinkin’ about you coming home
I’m wondering if you got your radio on
When you find your way to another town
An someone tries to lay it down
And feelin’ hits you right out of the blue
It’s just me
Thinking of you
That’s just me
Thinking of you.

As long as we’re on the topic of the absorbancy of music, this song happened to be on at work today:

And now for a complete subject change. . .  I wonder when that guy who very, very slightly resembled Taylor Lautner will come back into to buy his watch? 🙂
